Service Description
Youth Learning to Train is a foundational athletic development class for kids ages 7 to 12. This program is designed to help young athletes move better, build confidence, and develop the skills they need for long-term success in sports. We focus on: Fundamental movement patterns Bodyweight strength training Sprint mechanics Hand-eye coordination Balance and body control Each session is built around movement quality — not just sweating or playing games. Athletes learn how to train the right way from day one, developing habits that will carry over into every sport they play. Led by Coach ZaQuan Irby, this program is the perfect starting point for any young athlete looking to improve how they move, compete, and grow.

To cancel or reschedule with no fee please contact us at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled session so that we fill the slot if possible. Late cancellation or reschedules may be subject to a 50% class cost fee.
